Congratulations to all the ladies who finished but…. I had a crisis point at the end of week 2 and almost quit. Okay I did quit Brittne, but I started Lyza. There was no difference in my body and I had to realize Brittne is good for beginners. My body might be starting at a weaker point, but to be able to adapt and see changes, beginner exercises does not work. I immediately saw changes the way the ladies doing the challenge saw changes once I switched programs.
